Hungarian vintage Contemporary Greek Art exhibition poster.
The Contemporary Greek Art poster was created for the exhibition held in 1978 to present contemporary Greek artists to the Hungarian audience. The poster represents a painting put on top of plain canvas. Tibor Helényi is well known for his unique method of leaving parts of the canvas unpainted. The painting gives the feeling of the well-known Hellenistic era of Greek art combined with Helényi’s unique method.
